I think families will enjoy this because they can do it together, with the kids too!
Grab your family and your art supplies. Now it's time for you guys at home to try out these products for yourself. We'll tell you how to do them and we guaranteed they'll be easy.
Pick-Me-Up Jar
This is a very simple decorated jar used to hold small items like pushpins, bobby pins, sewing needles...ETC
Get a jar, glass or plastic and paint it any color you want. Use sequins, markers, stickers, anything you want to decorate. You can even glue buttons and other small things to the jar. After you've decorated set it on your table and put small things in it. It will also hold markers and pens/pencils.
Box Shelves
your in a dilemma because you want shelves but those wooden shelves cost too much or maybe they cause permanent damage to the wall. For this project all you need is a small shoe box and some art supplies. I used old nail polish and some paint to decorate mine. You could use, paint, markers, crayons, even stickers! Once it's finished take some push pins and pin it to the wall and add small items on it, or set it on a table for a bookshelf.
Home - Made Spraypaint
Your children have been asking for spray paint but you don't have the money to go out and buy some. Here's a great idea! Take some acrylic paint, (or paint from a dollar store) and add it to a spray bottle. Then take some water and put it in the bottle and shake well. It works great and looks awesome.
Paper Towel Holder
You went over to your friends house and she had an awesome paper towel holder and you knew you could never afford something like that. Well now you can! Take a piece of paper and roll it up, make sure it fits in your paper towel roll. Get a flat piece of paper and tape it at the bottom of the rolled paper. Take your paper towel roll and stick it on top, there you go! Fast, quick, easy and cheap.
